YOUR MISSION:
Develop and implement the CRM strategy in the assigned scope that aligns with the Group Digital strategy and long-term business objectives of the assigned organizational unit(s).

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Develop and implement the CRM strategy within the assigned scope, ensuring alignment with the Group Digital strategy and long-term business objectives of the organizational unit(s).
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system, identifying and communicating opportunities for system improvement to enhance customer relationship management.
- Manage key aspects of the data management system, including the development and operation of essential system elements.
- Support digital channel management through the use of front-end interactive technologies, focusing on usability, design, user interface, and device strategy.
- Facilitate an understanding of engagement metrics and provide regular performance analysis.
- Execute a communications plan within established systems and procedures.
- Collect business requirements using various methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, and express these requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
- Communicate the local action plan, explaining its relation to the function's strategy and the broader organization's mission and vision, and motivate employees to achieve local business goals.
- Develop and propose performance objectives, taking appropriate actions to ensure the achievement of agreed objectives using the organization's performance management systems.
- Manage and report on team performance, setting appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project/account team members, and hold individuals accountable for achieving them.
- Develop and design content for training and development programs in digital, addressing gaps in established programs, and run customized training and development programs.
- Implement required security measures, such as firewalls or message encryption, and provide input on their design, monitoring performance to notify security experts of any issues.
- Deliver a budget for an area of the organization or conduct complex analyses on budget progress in other areas.
- Use the organization's formal development framework to identify individual development needs within the team, plan and implement actions to build their capabilities, and provide training or coaching to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level.
- Experience in dealing with a majority of situations and advising others.
- Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by senior managers.
