What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will sit at the strategic intersection of direct field marketing and partner channel growth across Japan and South Korea. You will have full ownership over regional Marketing Development Funds (MDF), co-developing localized, high-impact go-to-market strategies that directly influence revenue goals and shape market presence in key Asian markets.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Spearhead regional MDF strategy, allocation, and co-developed marketing plans to maximize return on investment and fuel pipeline growth.
• Plan and execute localized direct marketing activities in Japan and Korea tailored to regional business cultures and account priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Regional Sales Leaders and Channel Account Managers, aligning marketing efforts directly with revenue targets.
• Enable partner marketing teams with turnkey campaign toolkits, digital content, and end-to-end co-marketing programs.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and direct marketing spend to maximize sales opportunities.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B channel/partner marketing and direct marketing within the technology or software sector.
• Proven track record of managing MDF strategy, campaign proposals, claim processing, and ROI tracking.
• Strong background in regional field sales collaboration and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of business landscapes, marketing channels, and cultural nuances in Japan and South Korea.
• Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to measure, optimize, and report on pipeline generation metrics.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms, particularly Impartner.
• Professional fluency in Japanese or Korean.
• Prior experience thriving in matrixed or global remote environments.

Logistics:

Location: Korea (In-Office) Travel Requirement: 15-25%
