Summary: Reporting to the Channel Director, the Regional Channel Development Manager drives business growth, sales, profitability, and market share across assigned distribution accounts and geographies. The role involves executing distribution strategies, continually evaluating the distributor network alongside Regional Sales Managers, and strengthening partner relationships. While representing LAPP’s full product portfolio, this individual will tailor specific solution sets for partner vertical markets, streamlines channel processes, and ensures partners actively design in LAPP products to achieve key business objectives

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Proficient in the English language.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with mathematical concepts, financial ratios, and business equations. Basic financial knowledge and competence as it relates to the business environment. Possess strong analytical skills.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a concentration in MS Excel and MS Power Point.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel by car or air is expected, as well as overnight trips. A valid driver’s license and passport is expected to be maintained. Travel primarily domestic. Travel of up to 50% may be required at times.

COMPENSATION: After thorough market analysis, LAPP takes many factors into consideration when determining base salary such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, etc. of the candidate. The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 plus participation in LAPP's bonus plan.
