Compensation

• Competitive pay based on experience
• Average annual earnings of $58,000–$60,000+
• Paid overtime opportunities

What You'll Do

• Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers throughout Missouri and surrounding states.
• Transport freight efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries, delays, or equipment issues.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations.
• Protect customer freight and company equipment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing CJC.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable work history
• Ability to work a flexible regional schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Regional driving experience
• Hazmat Endorsement
• Tanker Endorsement
• TSA Certification
• Reefer or specialized freight experience
• Experience operating electronic logging devices (ELDs)
