PROCUREMENT BUYER LOGISTICS EUROPE

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Regional Procurement Buyer Logistics Europe to help us shape a sustainable logistics supplier network impacting Europe-wide transportation spend. You will support all transportation spend across Europe, including Road Transport and Direct to Consumer, while building a cost-efficient, sustainable, and flexible supplier base.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Regional Procurement Buyer Logistics Europe, you play a critical role in logistics procurement strategy execution, building and managing a resilient supplier base aligned with our Supply Chain goals and regional priorities.

You will be reporting to the Procurement Director, and you will manage:

LOGISTICS PROCUREMENT STRATEGY · Contribute to the development of a robust long-term regional logistics procurement strategy · Deliver end-to-end and sustainable value creation across logistics categories · Build and manage a cost-efficient, sustainable, and flexible supplier base aligned with Supply Chain goals · Support all transportation spend across Europe, including Road Transport and Direct to Consumer (DTC)

SUPPLIER & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT · Develop and manage strong supplier relationships supporting turnaround and innovation · Partner closely with Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders across the region · Support regional priorities and navigate effectively within a complex matrix environment · Build collaborative, stakeholder-focused relationships to support the business

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to work with cross-functional stakeholders and complex logistics environments. As an experienced procurement professional, you work in a structured, hands-on, and result-oriented way, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.

· At least 3–4 years of combined supply and procurement experience · Meaningful experience in transportation procurement; DTC experience is a plus · Experience working in international, matrix organizations · Strong stakeholder management capabilities and a collaborative mindset · Degree qualified and fluent in English
