We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Process Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

This role will be responsible for driving business process excellence, standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the regional organization. Working closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs), agency teams, and regional leadership, you will play a key role in delivering operational efficiencies, strengthening governance, and supporting sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Excellence

  • Conduct end-to-end process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and digitalization.
  • Drive standardization and best practice implementation across regional agencies.
  • Design and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.

Automation & Digital Transformation

  • Evaluate and develop automation opportunities, including RPA and workflow automation solutions.
  • Partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to implement technology-driven process improvements.
  • Support digital transformation projects aimed at increasing productivity and operational effectiveness.

Project & Change Management

  • Lead and participate in business process improvement projects, particularly within Sales and Customer Service functions.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and implementation activities.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Performance Management

  • Monitor regional KPIs and process performance metrics.
  • Analyse data, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop performance reports and provide recommendations to regional leadership.
  • Drive initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness

Training & Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and facilitate training programmes for Business Process Specialists across the network.
  • Build strong partnerships with Business Process Owners, agency teams, and regional stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout project lifecycles.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, Business Transformation, or Project Management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical and sustainable solutions.
  • Knowledge of process mining tools and methodologies is an advantage.
  • Experience within the shipping, logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry is preferred.

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

  • PMP, PMI, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent Project Management certifications.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Change Management certifications such as CCMP, COPC, or equivalent.
