XVIVO is in a rapid growth phase, including both geographical expansion and the development and launch of new products and supporting processes. We are now hiring a Regional Business Manager with key responsibilities to develop sales of XVIVO products in France. This is permanent employment opportunity.

As a Regional Business Manager France atXVIVO you will be engaged in the following activities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Accountable for development of sales and profitability in the region, securing sustainable growth.
  • Secure effective market access for the selected areas of the product portfolio.
  • Build, manage and maintain close interactions and relationships with key customers
  • Plan and define strategy and investments such as promotion activities including congress participation, workshops, symposia, and training events for the region.
  • On field work with members of the transplant team, including surgeons, nurses, coordinators, perfusionists.
  • Together with Clinical Specialist support, perform relevant training activities for physicians and perfusionists and/or nurses and other key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate key business and customer relationships management and negotiate business opportunities .
  • Prepare upcoming tenders and support reimbursement initiatives.
  • Communicate regularly with Product and Program Managers regarding product utilization activities and users’ feedback
  • May participate in medical and scientific conferences and meetings (inside or outside Europe).
  • Adhere and commit to the quality management system as specified in applicable SOPs.
  • Report sales calls, promotions activities and sales leads in CRM system.

Requirements

KEY CAPABILITIES:

  • Target oriented, with successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry or transplant field
  • Highly committed to customers’ satisfaction and long-term relationship development.
  • Planning skills, sales skills and have demonstrated success in working independently.
  • Strong communication skills with hay capacity to build strong relationships with KOL and non clinical Stakeholders relevant for UK Business.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to facilitate team building and partnering with customers, colleagues and peers.
  • Must be capable of travelling anywhere in France and other European countries.
  • Thorough understanding of the national / local health care system and have a tender regulation expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science related field is desirable
  • Five + years of sales and business development experience.
  • Experience in medical technology, life science or another related field. Knowledge in Transplantation, cardiothoracic and/or abdominal surgery fields is a major Plus.
  • Driver License
