In the role of Regional Business Manager, you directly support the company’s goals for sales and revenue growth through developing and implementing a yearly strategic plan for the Ball Seed Canadian sales region. The Regional Business Manager leads a team of independent contractor sales representatives and collaborates with other members of the regional business team to support the customers and suppliers in the region. This role is key in the development and implementation of yearly strategic plans for the region.
