Business Planning, Management, Performance and Execution
1.Implementing strategies for securities agency sales, plan to bring in new business and clients; to achieve its annual KPIs and targets, and long-term financial and non-financial targets
2.Manage, drive, and track the sales performance of CDRs and MRs (acquisition & activation) as a key distribution channel to promote AHIB's products and services (equity and derivatives); and contribute to branch profitability via sales or cross-selling of the Group's products and services to retail clients
3.Ensure effective distribution of products and services to clients (both existing and new) in order to achieve the overall business objectives and grow the Retail Business, including:
▪ mediation of business collaborative sales and referrals amongst CDRs and MRs;
▪ giving feedback (inputs and criticisms) to improve AHIB's product and services;
▪ promote collaboration with other departments within the Group;
▪ build strategic key relationships (internally & externally); and
▪ other initiatives to drive and sustain performance
CDR and MR Expansion, Development and Growth
4.Implementing the strategy in the expansionary, development, and growth initiatives of CDRs and MRs, in order to remain competitive within the industry, including:
▪ recruitment, and setting clear and measurable sales targets;
▪ implementation of experiential learning and sales trainings;
▪ ensuring constant exposure to sales opportunities;
▪ effective risk management on clients’ exposures;
▪ reinforcing AHIB’s high-performance work culture;
▪ fostering of AHIB's core values; and
▪ other suitable initiatives to drive and sustain profitable growth
Regulatory Compliance and Adherence
5.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, as well as compliance requirement with AHIB’s policies and procedures, including establishing and maintaining robust business operating controls.
