
Lineage is hiring a Regional Business Development Manager. This Calgary based role (hybrid) will support the continued growth of our Integrated Solutions business unit with end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You Bring:
Proventrack recordof driving new business and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets in B2Bsolution-sellingenvironments (transportation, supply chain,logisticspreferred).
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles, influence key decision-makers, and close high-value deals.
Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs,identifypain points, and develop value-based, tailored solutions aligned to long-term customerobjectives
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including delivering compelling presentations and leading commercial discussions.
Highly motivated and resilient, with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
MinimumRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent training in Business or Sales Management
3+years experiencein sales and/or sales management; preferably in business-to-business; food orlogisticsexperience strongly preferred
Previousexperience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management including prospecting,sellingand closing new business
Ability to gain deep knowledge of the entire suite of company’s service offerings andutilizeit to maximize sales opportunities during customer solutioning
Proficient in CRM tools (Workday, Salesforce, etc.)
Ability to lead discussions, make presentations and deliver technical results to a non-technical audience
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
