This role is responsible for supporting the commercial organization and leadership with data driven business knowledge and insights. Support Hub/Country’s strategy and objectives. Lead the Analysis and Diagnostic of the market, using syndicated Data like Retail, Scantrack, Panel and others; Support Colgate decision process, bringing actionable Insights and untapped opportunities
It is also responsible for driving transformational analytic capabilities, enabling stronger business performance. lead the creation and execution of a Business Intelligence and reporting roadmap, by working closely with cross functional business partners to understand needs and requirements.
Develop a consultative approach, leveraging your strong analytical skills to enable impactful insights with the use of data mining and visualization techniques. enable a step change in driving Colgate’s ability to leverage data as a strategic asset.
Participate / Co-Lead advanced analytics (Pricing & MME)
Responsibilities
Accountable for the development, adoption and ongoing evolution of best-in-class reporting and BI capability
Design and develop reports, dashboards, templates, visualizations and scorecards to support business needs
Serve as a SME for insights based on these reports and analyses
Create discipline and focus around business performance reporting
Build strong relationships with key partners in the commercial organization, work collaboratively and cross functionally to collect key requirements and achieve objectives
Seek continuous improvements and leverage new tools, applications, methodologies and ways of working
Lead/Support ad hoc projects for business analysis and reporting
Build sound knowledge of Colgate-Palmolive’s reporting systems and data sources
Create a framework for accessing, analyzing and delivering insights from Retailer level data
Coach the organization to leverage data driven insights in a timely and impactful way
Manage relationship with data suppliers and partners
Support and Coach Commercial team in most important decision to implement tactics & strategies to growth colgate business
Deploy the learning of price analysis to guide strategy for SPIs, SDPs or promo prices and support RGM initiatives by participating in the Implementation of Category pricing decks and key performance indicators
Co lead others pricing analysis which include new functionalities like calculation of return over the investment, analysis of effectiveness for temporary price reduction, promo – packs and any other prize activity implemented.
Participate in the advanced analytics marketing media effectiveness projects, lead by Division for core categories, supporting with all data extractions and validations, to identify opportunities to optimizing marketing investment
Participate in all pilot Global initiatives for total market calculations, like CBS analytics initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor Degree
5+ years supporting Business intelligence and reporting, evident Market Analysis and Diagnostic in insights or marketing experience (+3 years) using syndicated data like NIELSEN and KANTAR
Knowledge of reporting tools and visualization techniques and visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO, Power BI
Knowledge of SQL with some programming experience preferred
Ability to work with different data sources
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
English advanced
