This role serves as the primary operational partner and deputy to the Operations Director, responsible for supporting daily clinic operations, staff management, and stepping in during the Director's absence to make critical decisions impacting patient care and clinic performance. The position also leads strategic initiatives and projects while providing financial oversight through budget management, performance monitoring, and identifying cost optimization opportunities across multiple clinic locations.
Master's Degree
Master’s degree (Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public health or related field) or combination of education and relevant experience
Clinical leadership, planning and change management skills

Ability to demonstrate a high level of diplomacy in persuading and influencing a wide variety of people at various levels to achieve results.

Previously demonstrated Healthcare managerial experience and expertise in managing patient services and nursing staffing in environment with a high volume of patient visits.
