• Responsible for leading regional application strategy and execution across probiotics, dietary supplements, and nutritional solutions.
• Translate global science into locally relevant, evidence-based application solutions.
• Lead a high-performing regional application team and act as a scientific interface with customers.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Define and implement regional application strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Translate microbiome and nutrition science into differentiated application solutions.
• Lead and develop a regional team (10+ members).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Engage customers with technical expertise and presentations.
• Support product development, validation, and launch readiness.
• Represent company in industry events and scientific forums.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• PhD in Microbiology, Nutrition Science, Biology, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years experience in probiotics, dietary supplements, or food/nutrition.
• Proven leadership managing teams of 10+.
• Strong expertise in microbiome science and applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• MBA or business training is a plus.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Track record in application-driven innovation and commercialization.
• Familiarity with regulatory and scientific substantiation.
