DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITY :-

·Involve and support all project implementations for China and Asia-Pacific region in FI modules and secondary focus in CO

• Strong technical skills in all areas of FICO

• Strong business analyst skill and experience

·Good experience in requirements gathering, gap analyses, business processes mapping, design, configure and test SAP systems to be in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and regional standards

·Responsible for timely preparation/update documentations as defined in the Project or Change Request methodologies

• Develop and implement SAP standard processes, guidelines, procedures and policies as well as to ensure compliance to internal and external controls

• Identify training requirements, prepare/update training material and conduct training to users

·Identify business requirements or opportunities for process improvement using SAP solutions as enablers

• Keep up to date with latest techniques and technology

• Excellent experience in e-commence integration with SAP

·Provide impact analysis and work estimates for change requests

• Liaise with and manage external consultants as required
• Work closely with process owners, users, regional IT team and vendors on projects or incidents application issues.
• Understand the ticketing system and respond to requests with urgency and understanding of the impact of business problems.
• Pro-active monitoring and ensure timely closure of incidents and change request
• Provide consultation services to users as required
• Work with all internal and external parties for Host-to-Host / SharePoint/ Middleware/Golden Tax and etc interfaces

• Leads, trains, motivates, coaches and develops staffs under supervision to boost job competencies
• Provides on-job training to team member as required
• Harmonize the process and design for APAC and China
• Provide after office hour month-end /year-end/festive standby support to business
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.

JOB SPECIFICATION :-

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

Requirement:

• More than 10 years of SAP experience, with last 8 years hands-on functional experience in SAP implementation and support in FICO
• At least 3 full life-cycle implementation of SAP FI/CO
• Experience in Asia-Pacific and China legal requirements and government e-Invoice interfaces, China GTS Integration knowledge and experience in SD, MM and PP modules
• Good knowledge of SAP Smart Forms, user-exit, IDOC and understanding of ABAP codes are required
• Experience in bank interfaces and knowledge of API/RFC/sFTP protocol will be a plus
• Certification in SAP FI is a must
• Good knowledge/experience with BW usage will be a plus.
• Experience in S4/Hana will be a plus
• Good team player and process driven with an eye for detail
• Possess initiative and able to work independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in chemical distribution industry is a plus
• Bilingual
