As Regional Aftersales Specialist, you will support dealer and service partner performance across the Czech Republic & Slovakia. You will help drive service readiness, performance improvement, customer satisfaction (NPS), and the smooth execution of aftersales initiatives and campaigns.
Drive and develop partners’ service preparation, execution, and service performance assessment.
Ensure annual service targets and goal achievement; steer continuous improvement.
Conduct regular dealer visits; organize meetings/workshops; review partner business plans.
Support aftersales project development, execution, and assessment.
Secure service network quality through timely training, tooling, and support materials.
Follow up customer satisfaction (NPS); support complaint closure and goodwill management.
Coordinate spare parts deliveries with Supply Chain and improve parts service level.
Support after-market activities and service campaign implementation.
5+ years of customer service/contact centre or relevant aftersales experience.
Fluent English and native Czech; Chinese is a plus.
Strong customer orientation, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure; strong time management and attention to detail.
Sales/persuasive communication skills are an advantage.
