Job Description


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Affiliation Manager to collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership team in the planning, coordination, and execution of critical organizational projects. This role will serve as a key driver in aligning strategy with operational execution, specifically in hospital and nursing operations. The Regional Affiliation Manager will play a crucial role in improving access to care, enhancing quality, boosting operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of nursing leadership and operations, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a healthcare setting.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategy and Operations Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, budgets, timelines, and success criteria, particularly as they relate to hospital and nursing operations.

  • Manage Complex Projects Oversee multiple concurrent projects involving hospital operations, nursing leadership, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery while balancing resources, timelines, and risk mitigation.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration Foster communication between executives, nursing leadership, clinical teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

  • Ensure Compliance Ensure that all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including CMS, IDOH, OIG, HIPAA, and FDA standards.

  • Performance Reporting Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), budgets, milestones, and project deliverables, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Enhance Operational Efficiency Support efforts to improve hospital operations, patient care, and nursing leadership processes.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Education Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field; Master’s level degree preferred.

  • Experience At least 5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital operations, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in nursing operations or hospital management.

  • Certifications PMP (Project Management Professional) or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

  • Skills Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with nursing leadership and hospital teams. Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements and a strategic understanding of hospital and nursing operations is essential.
