Job Description

Lead occupancy growth. Shape customer experience. Strengthen referral networks.

Infinite Care is excited to commence recruitment for a new Regional Admissions Manager – QLD & SA, reporting to the National Sales & Admissions Manager. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving occupancy growth, supporting Customer Admissions Managers (CAMs), and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality admissions experience across our homes.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales leader who thrives in relationship‑based environments and can translate strategy into results. You’ll oversee sales pipelines, coach and uplift CAM capability, strengthen referral pathways, and ensure admissions processes are compliant, efficient, and deeply aligned with person‑centred care.

You’ll be equally comfortable reviewing data, mentoring teams, engaging referral partners, supporting homes experiencing occupancy challenges, and stepping in to provide hands‑on admissions support when required.

  • Customer experience - Promote empathy, transparency, and responsiveness throughout the admissions journey.
  • Governance & compliance - Ensure ethical, compliant, audit‑ready admissions practices.
  • Regional travel - Travel across Queensland and South Australia to support homes, strengthen referral networks, and provide hands‑on leadership.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and developing teams.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and drive occupancy outcomes.
