Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Manage our Market Opening Support Program:
- Direct and oversee our new market Opening Support Program
- Establish opening expectation and metrics
- Develop programming to meet the expectations.
- Maintain fiscal responsibilities to the business.
- Collaborate with Coaches, Marketing, and other teams to develop and execute opening strategies.
- Establish routine meeting cadences with responsible stakeholders towards the success of the program.
- Create routine reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure Dutch Bros first impression is best in class.
- Ensure we are planning, preparing, and staffing for future growth.
- Identify red flags with opening processes and procedures and work with HQ teams to quickly solve problems.
Manage and facilitate special ops support and event activations in the field:
- Set goals, manage and hold Lead Mob team accountable to performance metrics and benchmarks within their region.
- Train and prepare Lead Mob.
- Communicate between Franchisees and Operators for program needs and recruitment
- Ensure Mob brand is highly desirable and is attracting top class candidates!
- Assign leads for their openings/special ops; collect feedback throughout trip on teams performance
Manage and develop our team of Lead & Assistant MOBsters (future Operators)
Job Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as a Regional Operator and/or Franchisee Required
- 7+ years experience in leadership required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or 4 years of related experience required
- Operation/Franchise must be in exceptional operational and financial standing

Physical Requirements:
- Occasional lifting up to ten pounds
- Must be able to work in a climate-controlled office environment
- Vision must be good, or corrected to normal, to perform normal job duties
- Hearing must be good, or corrected to normal, to have the ability to understand information to perform job duties
- Ability to read and write in English in order to process paperwork and follow up on any actions necessary
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks
- This position requires driving, when necessary and must have a valid driver's license
- Build out thorough events support program that our crews, customers, and leaders love!
- Responsible for ensuring our activations outside of the stand represent Dutch Bros authentically and on brand.
- Adjust and update strategies as we grow and learn.
- Collaborate with HQ teams to elevate the on-site experience at special events.
