The Role

We’re looking for a proven sales professional who thrives in a regional environment and is motivated by the opportunity to grow efex’ presence in Geelong.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities in the region
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse client base
  • Translate technical solutions into clear, business-focused outcomes for clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues across IT, print, and service delivery teams to ensure exceptional results
  • Play a part in overseeing and supporting the local team, ensuring smooth operations
  • Represent efex within the community, strengthening our ties and reputation as a trusted local partner

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or account management within a regional market
  • Strong ability to engage clients through structured sales conversations and solution selling
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a track record of retaining and growing accounts
  • Critical thinking skills to identify client challenges, develop solutions, and improve operations
  • Proficiency in presenting technical concepts in simple, client-friendly terms
  • Organised and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative approach, comfortable working within a matrix management structure
  • Current driver’s licence (regional travel will be part of the role)

Bonus points for:

  • Familiarity with print technologies, managed print services, or IT solutions
  • A strong community focus and passion for helping regional businesses succeed
