Job Description

As the Modality Leader, X-Ray you will own and drive the sales strategy for the X-Ray product line for the Chesapeake market. This includes the states of VA, DC and MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on quarterly & annual orders and revenue sales targets; maximize profit margin on equipment and service contract sales.

  • Cultivate andmaintainstrong relationships with healthcare stakeholders within hospital, physician practice and imaging center account service linestoidentifyqualified leads, grow market share and increase revenue, and reduce customer attrition

  • Assistwith leading cross-functional commercial teamstoorchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a mutually beneficial strategy that contributes to increased market share, revenue, and profitability.

  • Leverage diagnostic imaging product knowledge in X-Ray to drive funnel growth for the region.

  • Demonstrateexpertiseincustomers’installed base and develop sales proposals that map with their annual budget process.

  • Collaborate with the account community team to support co-developed negotiation strategies.

  • Reduce cycle time byleveragingSalesforce.com (CRM tool) to track customer and account activity, to map visibility and drive market share, and to prioritize sales funnel.

RequiredQualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5+ yearsofexperiencein any combination of medical sales,healthcaremarketing, clinicaltechnical X-Ray expertise, clinical technology leadership in X-Rayor hospital administration inimagingOR Bachelor’s degree and a graduate of the GEHC commercial leadership program OR8+ yearsofexperiencein any combination of medical sales, marketing, clinical applications, clinical technology leadership or hospital administration in imaging

  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers

  • Must live in the Chesapeaketerritory and be willing to travel within the defined geography (DC, MD, and VA)

Desired Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare capital equipment sales

  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

  • Demonstrated domain knowledge in X-Ray

  • Demonstrated history of leading within cross functional sales team to achieve client needs and sales quotas

U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $76,800.00-$115,200.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
