We are now looking for the Head of Region APAC Controlling & Business Planning. You will be based in Bangkok Thailand, and report to our CFO APAC.

The Controlling and Business planning team is accountable towards APAC Leadership Team and Group Finance for providing accurate and on-time business and financial information on the overall Region APAC performance.

What you’ll do: Accurate results delivery for Region APAC Leadership team

• Provide and present financial results and analysis on the current and forecasted full business value chain performance to the APAC Leadership team.

• Advise on action steps to ensure delivery of financial targets and commitments to positively impact the business. Strong partner to Group Finance functions

• Be the main interface with the Group Business controlling teams providing accurate business metrics for current and forecasted business results.

• Be a reliable representative of the Region Financial Management towards other internal departments (Group Controlling, Treasury, Group Accounting). Drive Strategic financial processes and reporting across all financial metrics

• Drive a strong Budget & Strategic Planning process for the Region providing guidance on process and timelines to all stakeholders. Be responsible for the quality of produced specific reports for the Region Financial Management like: BA Financial Letter, ELT decks & Board Financial information

• Take the lead to constantly improve the Forecasts & Budget processes through strong financial planning cadence & CAPEX controls. Responsible for the Investment process and tool in the Region including Capex follow-up and forecast.

• Understand and drive actions on currency exposure in cooperation with Region Financial Controlling and Treasury. Taking the overall responsibility for finance tools, data management systems. Responsible for Strategic projects & business development

• Identify and develop business opportunities and translate them into business area targets through Benchmarks, STI, KPIs etc.).

• Support with data, business intelligence on M&A studies and preparation.

People management

• Lead of team of business analysts and a reporting center of excellence organization.

• Ensure functional skills development for direct reports as well as for the controlling community within Region APAC.

• Digitally mind-oriented - You are curious about new tools and new ways of working and have experience in digital tools deployment.

Education & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or management.

• Minimum 10 years of experience Controlling and/or Business Planning.

• Experience in driving large projects and change management with senior stakeholders.

• Background in shared services would be a benefit.
