Job Description

Freedom Village Senior Living Community Building Project Manager

Full-time

Pay: $34.00/hr Location: Holland, MI

About the Role

  • Manage small or less complex facility design, construction, and maintenance projects
  • Oversee project planning, scope, design, execution, and delivery
  • Coordinate internal staff, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Track milestones, budgets, and performance indicators
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports to management
  • Select, negotiate with, and manage external consultants/vendors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0–2 years of related experience
  • Project Management certifications may be required
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships
  • Research and information‑gathering skills
  • Project scheduling and project management skills
