The position alsoprovidesa greatinsighttothe Tax Refund industry.

Main duties and responsibilities
As aRefunderyou will be:
Reviewing tax free forms for completeness,accuracyand compliance
Applying good judgement and making on spot decisions on tax refund eligibility
ControllingTravellers’export of goods
Processingcustomer payment transactionsfor eligible customers
Following the Fraud Prevention and security policies
Delivering professional customer experience with variousTravellers
Observing Global Blue policies, guidelines and preparing reports and statistics
Supporting Sales team in improving issuing quality by giving feedbackonanomalies
Promoting locally agreed Global Blue initiatives
Other office tasks
Preferrableskillsandcompetencies
Fluency inEnglishand someknowledge ofSwedish

Dedication to customer service and providing the best possible customer experience

Experience
Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience in customer service roles
