Job Description

Main duties

  • Independent refunding of Global Blue Tax Free Cheques in compliance with the appropriate country rules or the guidelines given by Global Blue (Refund Manual, Refund Software REX, Security Manual, Instruction Manual).
  • Responsibility of cash (cash refunding in various currencies).
  • Fraud Prevention and security implementation together with responsible Refund Manager / Airport Manager.
  • Statistics nature after guidance of the Refund Manager / Airport Manager.
  • Observing policies and procedures after guidance of the Refund Manager / Airport Manager.

The duties can be extended or changed after arrangement.

Main areas of responsibility

  • Refunding accordingly to the given rules and guidelines.
  • Money handling and cash responsibility.
  • Assistance to travellers in all interests of Tax Free Service.

Relates to/cooperates with

  • Responsible Area Refund Manager.
  • Refund Manager / Airport Manager.
  • Staff of other Refund Offices.
  • Customs.

Background and education

  • Experience in handling cash of advantage.
  • Experience in direct customer contacts.

Specific skills and knowledge

  • Good English knowledge.
  • Base knowledge of common software (word, excel).
  • Flexibility.
  • Independent working after given guidelines.
