Spreetail is looking for Refunds Analysts to drive refund performance and profitability across SKU, brand, and channel levels through data-driven insights, forecasting, and process improvements. This role will own refund reporting and reconciliation, develop models and dashboards, lead ad-hoc analyses, and partner with cross-functional and finance leaders to build plans that achieve profit targets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances strategic and tactical work, maintains strong attention to detail, and brings experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and building data-driven solutions using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
