MMT Recruitment is partnering with a long-standing Australian engineering contractor delivering full-cycle solutions across Mechanical (HVAC-R), Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire systems. With projects spanning commercial, industrial, mining, marine and offshore sectors, this organisation offers stable, diverse and technically challenging work.
We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to support installation, service, repairs and commissioning of HVAC-R systems. You’ll be part of a skilled field team focused on maintaining system performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
Service, repair and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
Diagnose faults and perform corrective actions
Install refrigeration components and support commissioning
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Provide clear documentation and service reporting
Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
Current ARCtick licence
Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC-R
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Safety-focused, reliable and able to work independently
Work within a long-established engineering contractor
Diverse range of sites and technical challenges
