About Us:

Enwise Electrical & Refrigeration is currently seeking a Refrigeration Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating service work and supporting team members across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule service work using Simpro
• Process customer purchase orders
• Coordinate travel arrangements for service technicians
• Collate job documentation, including technician reports and timesheets
• Manage invoicing and support the collections process
• Handle site access administration, including client questionnaires, assessment forms, and portal management
• Arrange service technician site inductions
• Provide timely support to technicians and customers by troubleshooting scheduling or logistical challenges
• Work closely with managers, supervisors, technicians, and the operations manager to ensure efficient service delivery

Qualifications and Experience:

• Positive attitude, energy, and flexibility towards business growth and change
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Competent, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
• Commitment to compliance with contractual obligations and safe work practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
• 3 - 5 years of administration experience preferred, ideally with exposure to the mining industry
• Must have the right to live and work in Australia
• A valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
