Refrigeration Engineer
Location: East Midlands
Salary: £45,000 £54,000 per annum (DOE)

Youll be working across the East Midlands, servicing, maintaining, and repairing a broad range of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. The role is home-based with regular travel to client sites, and on occasion, overnight stays may be required.
The focus is on delivering excellent service and first-time fixes rather than rushing from one job to the next. Youll be supported by a friendly, experienced engineering team that works closely together to share knowledge and expertise.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
1-in-4 on-call rota (with overtime available)
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
Service, repair, and maintain a wide range of refrigeration systems across commercial and industrial sites
Diagnose faults efficiently and ensure reliable, high-standard repairs
Plan and complete daily work effectively to meet client needs
Complete service reports accurately and in good time
Represent the company professionally when visiting client sites
Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial and industrial refrigeration
NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration (or equivalent)
Valid F-Gas certification
Full UK driving licence
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, conscientious, and able to work independently
Must have own basic hand tools
Salary up to £54,000, depending on experience
Door-to-door pay
Company van, uniform, and PPE provided
Regular overtime at enhanced rates
