Supervise daily refractory works including brick lining, castable installation, gunning, ramming, and insulation
Plan manpower, tools, and material requirements to meet project schedules.
Ensure refractory activities comply with Aramco standards, project drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and quality inspectors for inspections and approvals.
Train and guide team members on proper refractory installation methods.
Maintain work discipline, productivity, and safety among the refractory crew.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE policies at site.
Monitor progress and report daily activities to the site supervisor/manager.
Assist in troubleshooting refractory failures, repairs, and shutdown jobs.
xperience: 8–10 years in refractory works, with at least 3–5 years on Aramco projects
Skills:
Strong knowledge of refractory materials and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and isometric sketches.
Leadership and manpower management skills.
Knowledge of Aramco quality and safety standards.
Education: Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Refractory / Civil / Mechanical preferred.
Certifications: Aramco project approval (if available), Basic Safety Training.
