Job Description

We’re looking for a qualified and experienced female Reformer Pilates Instructor to become part of a positive, uplifting boutique studio in Doha, Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire, support, and grow within a welcoming and dynamic environment.

The Package:

• Tax-free monthly salary 12 000 QAR (approximately US$ 3 280) Negotiable
• 60% Commission on all private sessions
• Other commission to be discussed in the interview
• First month rent covered so you have time to settle in

Requirements:

• Recognized Pilates certification (e.g., BASI, Stott, or equivalent)
• Certified in Reformer Pilates
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
• English-speaking
• Kind, positive, and empowering personality
• Working hours: minimum 5 hours per day, 5 days a week (option to teach more for additional commission)

Key Duties &Responsibilities:

1. Teach Group and Private Reformer Classes

· Deliver high-quality, engaging classes tailored to various levels

· Ensure safe and effective cueing and alignment

· Offer modifications for clients with injuries or special conditions

2. Client Interaction & Experience

· Greet clients warmly and maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere

· Provide feedback, track progress, and answer client questions

· Encourage regular attendance and build strong client relationships

3. Studio Setup & Maintenance

· Prepare and sanitize equipment before and after each class

· Ensure the studio space is clean, organized, and inviting

· Report any maintenance issues to management

4. Professionalism & Studio Representation

· Be punctual, reliable, and maintain a professional appearance
