Bajo supervisión directa y con el acompañamiento de un mentor, realizará actividades operativas en un Taller de Reparación de Barrenas de Cortadores Fijos, participando en las distintas etapas del proceso de reparación y acondicionamiento de las mismas.Sus responsabilidades incluirán la recepción y preparación de barrenas para reparación, preparación para procesos de soldadura fuerte (brazing), mantenimiento, limpieza posterior, acabado final, pintura, etiquetado, embalaje y preparación para envío. También realizará inspecciones, pruebas visuales y controles de proceso para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad. simismo, deberá mantener vigentes las certificaciones necesarias para el uso de dispositivos de elevación, grúas puente y equipos de manejo de materiales.
