El Operador de Barrenas/Barrenólogo es responsable de coordinar al personal operativo y las actividades de servicio en campo, asegurando la correcta preparación, instalación, prueba, operación y mantenimiento de los equipos en las instalaciones del cliente. La posición funciona como punto de enlace entre el cliente y el equipo operativo, comunicando los requerimientos del servicio y proporcionando orientación al personal durante la ejecución de los trabajos. También apoya en la capacitación de Operadores y Asistentes en la inspección, ensamblaje, operación y mantenimiento de equipos, así como en la correcta elaboración de reportes y documentación de campo. Se requiere al menos 2 años de experiencia en operaciones de campo con Barrenas de Perforación, liderazgo operativo, comunicación efectiva y orientación a la seguridad, además de un sólido cumplimiento de los estándares de HSE, calidad y mejora continua.
