Bajo estricta supervisión, asiste a operadores senior y/o desempeña funciones específicas de fracturamiento hidráulico (frac), tales como manejo de apuntalantes (proppants), productos químicos, mezcladores (blenders), aseguramiento y control de calidad (QA/QC), entre otras. Aprende las operaciones básicas que incluyen, entre otras actividades, la realización de inspecciones del equipo antes y después del trabajo, la ejecución y finalización de procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo, y la operación de equipos de soporte (por ejemplo, manejo de apuntalantes, tanques de fluidos, sistemas de succión y descarga de manifolds, entre otros). Completa la capacitación requerida y demuestra las competencias definidas para su nivel actual y el siguiente nivel. Asiste en el ensamblaje y preparación de equipos para su instalación y servicio. Colabora en la limpieza, reparación y preparación de los equipos para el siguiente trabajo. Demuestra conciencia en materia de seguridad y protección ambiental, y cumple con todos los procedimientos y regulaciones aplicables relacionados con seguridad y medio ambiente. Participa en procesos de calidad y mejora continua.
