About the Opportunity:
Fashionphile Restoration Department is focused on improving the overall quality of pre-owned items through a variety of different methods for the purpose of increasing their retail sales value. As a Refinement Specialist, the individual will play a critical role in the first stage of this process, refreshing and preparing items for restoration. Their meticulous attention to detail, understanding of materials, and consistency in execution will directly contribute to Fashionphile’s luxury standards and customer satisfaction. The Refinement specialist will work with effective methods to improve the aspect of all pieces, and the use of suitable products for different materials. Responsibilities include:
Deep cleaning and refinement, including: vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, polishing hardware, and removing any debris.
Supporting department transfers, including pick up, scanning, and moving items between departments.
Washing, drying, organizing, and restocking cleaning supplies as needed
Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to use textile cleaning supplies and products
Ability to meet and exceed KPIs which are to complete 80 - 95+ units per day and all designers except Chanel, Hermes and exotics
Previous in-depth knowledge of textiles, leather, fashion, high-end designers, and sewing - Preferred

This position begins at $19.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's San Diego, CA Location.
