EoT (End of Term) Team manages all processes related to contract maturity, including customer guidance on options such as refinancing, return, repurchase, or title transfer. They also handle customer communication, contract closure, remarketing coordination, and ensure a smooth transition at the end of the financing lifecycle.
EoT 팀은 금융 계약 만기 시점에 고객에게 재금융, 반납, 재구매, 명의이전 등의 옵션을 안내하고 관련 업무를 전반적으로 관리하는 조직입니다. 또한 고객 커뮤니케이션, 계약 종료 처리, 리마케팅 연계 등을 통해 금융 계약 종료 단계가 원활하게 이루어지도록 지원합니다.

What awaits you?

  • End-to-End Management of Refinancing Contracts (재금융 계약 전반 운영)
    Manage the full lifecycle of refinancing contracts, including customer outreach, application handling, documentation, and final execution.
    만기 고객 안내부터 신청, 계약, 실행까지 재금융 계약 전반을 End-to-End로 관리
  • Customer Communication & Outbound Engagement (고객 커뮤니케이션 및 아웃바운드 업무)
    Conduct outbound calls to customers approaching contract maturity, provide EOT options, and guide them through refinancing or repurchase decisions.
    만기 예정 고객 대상 아웃바운드 콜 수행 및 만기 옵션 안내, 재금융/재구매 상담 진행
  • Contract Processing & Documentation Management (계약 체결 및 서류 관리)
    Prepare, send, receive, and review contract documents, including handling original agreements and completing phone verification (Happy Call).
    계약서류 작성 및 수·발신, 검토, 원본 서류 관리 및 자서통화(해피콜) 수행
  • System Input & Financial Process Execution (전산 입력 및 금융 프로세스 운영)
    Input financial quotations into internal systems and lead underwriting, approval, and funding request processes.
    금융 견적 전산 입력 및 심사, 승인, 자금 집행 요청 등 전반적인 금융 프로세스 수행
  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution (고객 요청 및 민원 대응)
    Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to refinancing, including cases transferred from other departments.
    재금융 관련 고객 문의 및 민원 대응, 유관부서 이관 건 처리
  • EOT (End of Term) Operations & Remarketing Support (만기 운영 및 리마케팅 지원)
    Manage end-of-term processes including return, title transfer, and dealer coordination for remarketing, with potential involvement in high-volume outbound campaigns.
    반납/명의이전 접수 및 리마케팅을 위한 딜러 커뮤니케이션 등 만기(EOT) 운영 및 필요 시 대량 아웃바운드 지원
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement (유관부서 협업 및 프로세스 개선)
    Collaborate with internal teams and support company-wide projects and process enhancements related to refinancing and EOT operations.
    유관부서와 협업하고, 재금융 및 만기 업무 관련 전사 프로젝트 및 프로세스 개선 활동 지원

What should you bring along?

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    2~3년제 전문학사 이상
  • Open to candidates with or without prior experience; relevant experience in similar roles is a plus
    경력 무관하나, 동종 업무 경험자 우대
  • Basic understanding of the financial industry and related services is required
    금융 산업 및 관련 서비스 전반에 대한 기본적인 이해
  • Knowledge of financial products such as auto financing, leasing, and rental services
    할부금융, 리스, 렌탈 등 금융상품에 대한 이해
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, including handling inquiries and resolving complaints
    고객 문의 대응 및 민원 처리 등 고객 서비스 및 커뮤니케이션 역량
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) at an intermediate level or higher for task management and reporting
    업무 관리 및 리포팅을 위한 MS Office (Excel, Word) 중급 이상 활용 능력
  • Experience in call center operations, outbound engagement, or EOT/refinancing-related roles is preferred
    고객센터, 아웃바운드 콜, 재금융 또는 만기(EoT) 관련 업무 경험 우대
