Working for one of the UK's leading private health care providers of rehabilitation services to Patients and Service Users within mental health, Learning Disability, Neuropsychological, Secure and Residential Services, the Cygnet Group are looking for an experienced administrator to join their expanding referrals and assessment team.

As referrals administration assistant you will be joining a hardworking and dedicated team in delivering the best possible services for our clients.

Main responsibilities include:

  • The booking of referrals to our rehabilitation services, liaising with the NHS and other private providers to arrange Patient & Service User assessments for our in-house Assessment Team.
  • Diary Management
  • The creation of Patient and Service User funding documentation, which is issued to external organisations, GDPR complaint.
  • The creation and management of spreadsheets and in-house database systems to ensure all information is correct and up to date and GDPR compliant.

You are…

  • Experienced Administrator

  • Experienced in working within a mental health setting, or passionate about working in this field

  • Knowledgeable of safeguarding, health & safety, data protection, confidentiality issues & equality & diversity

  • An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Skilled in report writing with excellent literacy skills and attention to detail
