Referral Marketing Representative – Homecare

Executive Home Care of Omaha is seeking a relationship-driven professional to build referral partnerships with skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and memory care facilities throughout Omaha.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with social workers, discharge planners, and case managers.
• Conduct facility visits and introduce EHC’s in-home care services.
• Develop referral partnerships and follow up with prospective partners.
• Track outreach activities and referral opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social work, discharge planning, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the Omaha healthcare and senior care community preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with reliable transportation.
