This position is responsible for processing all incoming referrals and faxes as well as facilitating all document management and naming within the EMR. This role engages with patients as the gateway to the practice and is responsible for creating a positive patient experience as the first touch point. Is responsible for entering accurate patient demographic and insurance information in the EMR when needed. Will answer scheduling phone calls for General/Bariatric Surgery.
