
The Referral Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all incoming and outgoing patient referrals, primarily based at the Owings Mills location. This role ensures timely processing, accurate documentation, and compliance with payer requirements while supporting continuity of care across all practice sites.
The Referral Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining efficient patient flow and ensuring that all referrals, authorizations, and supporting documentation are complete and accurately maintained within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of Specialty Care Networks’ salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s geographical location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education/ training and other qualifications.
