Aufgabenbereich
Als Referent Controlling bzw. EU Sales and Site Controller bist du Teil des europäischen Finance Teams. Du fungierst als Finance Business Partner für das Commercial-Team und bist für die Bereitstellung von Finanzinformationen, Geschäftsanalysen und die strategische Unterstützung verantwortlich. Diese Position ist maßgeblich an der Steigerung der finanziellen Performance und der Unterstützung bei operativen Entscheidungen beteiligt. Darüber hinaus bist du als Site Controller wichtiges Mitglied des lokalen Managementteams in Seevetal und vertrauenswürdiger Business Partner des Standortleiters.

Erfahrungen, Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen
Erforderlich:
Bachelor-/Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einem internationalen Finanzbereich
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel und Finanz-/Buchhaltungssystemen.
Fließende Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
Nachgewiesene Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit mit kaufmännischen und operativen Funktionen
Erfahrung im Reporting von Finanzinformationen in funktionsübergreifenden sowie Führungskräfte-Meetings
Wünschenswert:
Erfahrungen in mittelständischen Unternehmen, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Produktion oder Vertrieb
Kenntnisse in Great Plains, Cognos/TM1-Software
