Summary
The Reference Specialist is responsible for collecting personal and professional reference information from candidates, as well as verifying rental history details with landlords. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data we provide. Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as well as emails to professional and personal references to obtain candidate information.
- Handle Inbound and outbound calls to landlords for tenant verifications.
- Maintain professionalism on calls and in all internal and external communications
- Maintain and improve quality of results by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Handle escalated cases to obtain reference and tenant verifications

Working Conditions
- This position requires the incumbent to work indoors at a desk for extended periods of time.
- The person must be able to comprehend and follow work instructions in a fast-paced, team environment.
- This position may be requested to work overtime on occasion to meet company objectives.
