As a Static Data Operations Specialist within the Static Data/Client Records team, you set up and maintain client records across global systems and mainframes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. You manage BAU workflow, investigate exceptions, and resolve mailbox queries while meeting SLAs and control standards. You collaborate with internal partners and senior stakeholders across regions and time zones, escalating non-routine issues appropriately.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up client records and maintain worklogs to support accurate processing and tracking.
  • Add and update client information in functional applications, global systems, and mainframes.
  • Manage BAU workflow by handling requests from CSOs, Implementation teams, and internal departments.
  • Process work within established timelines while meeting targets and required controls.
  • Respond to mailbox queries promptly and resolve client issues with priority.
  • Investigate exceptions at transaction and ageing levels and drive items to closure.
  • Coordinate with Lines of Business and internal clients via phone and email, including senior stakeholders.
  • Support BAU projects and deliver assigned workstreams within committed timelines.
  • Perform production backup tasks and identify opportunities to improve current work practices.
  • Contribute to team SLAs by prioritizing workload and supporting shared goals.
  • Escalate non-routine situations and concerns to supervisors and managers promptly.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Hold a graduate degree with 0+ of experience in a bank operations environment.
  • Communicate clearly in written and verbal English with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and deadline-oriented execution.
  • Operate with high client centricity and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Use MS Office proficiently, especially Excel, to support tracking and reporting.
  • Pursue open issues assertively and professionally until resolution.
  • Adapt effectively to a fast-paced, changing environment across global time zones.

  • Leverage knowledge of cash and trade products to support accurate client record setup.
  • Work effectively in a global team environment spanning regions and time zones.
  • Prioritize competing requests to meet SLAs and maintain control discipline.
  • Improve processing quality by suggesting enhancements to work practices and controls.
  • Support production resilience by completing backup tasks and assisting during peaks.
  • Communicate confidently with senior internal clients via email and telephone.
  • Adapt to WHEM shift requirements (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM) to meet business needs.
