  Responsible for designing and releasing REEV powertrain components and sub-systems
  design deliverables
  Packaging, 3D/2D design, component properties/characterization
  SPB/DVP/DFMEA component
  Releases (BOM & ECR Team Center)
• 
  In charge of the entire development cycle of the components matching
  with expectation of different stakeholders
• 
  Collaborate and drive suppliers/external institutes to deliver high
  quality components on time.
• 
  Cooperate with different teams and functions to develop the REEV
  powertrain system meeting project requirements.
• 
  Tasks can vary depending on business requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in
Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering.

• 
  5+ years Experience in the area of ICE & auxiliaries
  such as Air intake, Gas exhaust, Fuel supply system
• 
  Proven involvement in ICE/Hybrid powertrain
  system development
• 
  Strong expertise in ICE/Hybrid powertrain
  components and sub-systems design
• 
  Good knowledge about Hybrid powertrain : ICE
  & auxilaries, Generator & Motor, Thermal management, Control
• 
  Familiar with ASPICE, V-cycle &
  automotive development process.
• 
  Hands-on technical skills to make design
  documents : SOR/RFQ, Specbook, DVP, DFMEA components
• 
  Proficiency in CAD Catia/Team Center, knowledged
  of Thermal/Structural analysis
• 
  Demonstrated agility in operating within
  matrixed organizations. Highly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with
  strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication to perform successfully in
  multi-national relationships with internal teams and suppliers
