Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that connects top talent with the best companies worldwide. We are excited to offer a remote position for a Reels & Photo Editor to work with a Canadian construction company. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional with expertise in short-form video and photo editing, who can help showcase the company’s projects and enhance its brand presence on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit 30–60 second Instagram Reels using raw job site footage and drone shots
• Apply cuts, music, text overlays, and pacing consistent with brand style
• Edit photo albums using Lightroom with brand presets
• Apply color grading and deliver polished, client-ready photo sets
• Create static posts and carousels in Canva using brand templates
• Organize raw files from shoots into a clean, consistent folder system
• Scout Instagram and TikTok for top-performing content in construction/trades
• Support with basic post scheduling and content calendar management

Requirements

• Proficiency in CapCut
• Proficiency in Lightroom (color grading + presets)
• Proficiency in Canva
• Experience editing short-form vertical video (Reels/TikTok format)
• Strong eye for pacing, music selection, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction

Nice to Have

• Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Familiarity with AI tools (Kling, Runway, Midjourney, etc.)
• Experience with construction, trades, or industrial content
• Basic Meta Suite knowledge (scheduling, publishing)
