About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Reels Creator who can both shoot and edit content using their mobile phone.
The ideal candidate understands social media trends and can independently produce high-quality, engaging short videos.
Key Responsibilities:
Shoot high-quality videos using a mobile phone (on-site / outdoor / indoor)
Create engaging Reels / TikTok videos from idea to final edit
Brainstorm and execute creative content aligned with the brand
Stay updated with trending formats, sounds, and hooks
Edit videos (cuts, transitions, captions, effects)
Ensure content is optimized for engagement & performance
Deliver content consistently based on content plan
Requirements:
Proven experience in shooting + editing reels using mobile
Strong understanding of angles, lighting, framing
Skilled in video editing apps (CapCut, VN, etc.)
Creative storyteller with strong content sense
Ability to work independently and deliver consistently
Must have own mobile with good camera quality
Portfolio (very important)
