We are seeking an insanely empathic individual to join our team as a Reddit Response Specialist The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and respond to comments on Reddit ensuring effective damage control and response management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to Reddit comments with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage damage control and response management for the brand.
• Collaborate with the client to understand response strategies and guidelines.
• Utilize excellent written English skills to communicate effectively.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone in all interactions.

Requirements

• 100% fluency in English.
• Strong empathy and communication skills.
• Experience with Reddit and online community engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must submit an introduction video

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social media management or online community engagement.
• Experience in the Apparel Industry
