MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented RED TEAM KNOWLEDGE MANAGER to join our team at the Pentagon in ARLINGTON, VA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Design and implement a Knowledge Management strategy that identifies critical information assets and ensures their capture, sharing, and maintenance across the organization.

  • Curate the lifecycle of organizational knowledge and perform formal records management duties to ensure insights are searchable, relevant, and actionable.

  • Maintain internal trackers, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and perform other staff duties as required to support team readiness [User Request].

  • Manage the organization’s Knowledge Base, EDRMS, and collaborative platforms to optimize information discovery and user experience.

  • Conduct regular content audits to eliminate "knowledge debt" (outdated info) and ensure alignment with legal discovery and compliance standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Information Science, or Organizational Development.

  • Proven ability to administer and optimize Knowledge Management Systems (KMS), E Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS), or enterprise-level collaborative wikis/intranets.

  • Experience maintaining SOPs, complex trackers, and performing records management in a fast-paced environment [User Request].

  • Demonstrated success in translating complex organizational data into senior-level briefings and executive-style presentations.

  • Practical expertise in developing taxonomies, metadata schemas, and search optimization strategies to improve information retrieval.

  • Ability to analyze data flow within an organization to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative sharing solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Knowledge Management (KM) or Information Systems.

  • Deep understanding of data privacy and retention laws as they apply to shared intellectual property and employee documentation.

  • Understanding of how to leverage AI for automated tagging, content summarization, or deploying internal "Knowledge Bots" to answer employee queries.

  • Expert-level administration of platforms such as SharePoint Online, Confluence, Notion, or Guru to build structured, searchable knowledge hubs.

  • Proficiency in managing enterprise-level repositories, including version control, metadata tagging, and lifecycle automation.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Current/active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
