We are looking for a Red Team Operator to join our Cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting Red Team engagements and penetration testing activities, identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities across applications and environments to help strengthen our clients' security posture.

Responsibilities

• Perform penetration testing (Pentesting) activities on web applications and infrastructure environments.
• Identify, exploit, and document security vulnerabilities using both manual techniques and industry-standard tools.
• Conduct security assessments leveraging techniques such as XSS, Clickjacking, SQL Injection, CSRF, CRLF, LFI, and IDOR.
• Utilize offensive security tools, including Burp Suite (Proxy, Intruder, Repeater) and SQLMap.
• Develop and maintain scripts to support testing and automation activities.
• Prepare technical reports detailing findings, risks, and remediation recommendations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Red Team Operations, Penetration Testing, or Offensive Security roles.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience performing web application penetration tests.
• Strong understanding of manual vulnerability assessment and exploitation techniques.
• Experience with security testing tools such as Burp Suite and SQLMap.
• Required certification: CEH or PNPT.
• Preferred certifications: OSCP, eJPT, and CRTO.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
