Compensation & Earning Potential

Flat Rate Pay

Earn between $30.40 – $32.50 per hour, based on:

• Experience
• Certifications
• Productivity and efficiency
• Skill level and workmanship quality

What You Will Do

As a Red Seal Auto Body & Collision Technician, you will play a key role in restoring vehicles to the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Vehicle assembly and disassembly
• Collision repair and bodywork preparation
• Structural and frame repairs
• Welding and metal work
• Masking, priming, sanding, buffing, and paint preparation
• Frame straightening and alignment work
• Maintaining quality workmanship and repair accuracy
• Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional results

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking skilled professionals who bring:

• Red Seal Auto Body Technician Certification
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong team mentality
• Ability to work efficiently in a production-focused environment
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driver abstract
