Job Description

The Red Label Analyst supports Flexjet’s Flight Department by providing analytical insight and reporting specific to the Domestic Red Label program. This role plays a critical part in monitoring performance, pay, and productivity metrics across Red Label pilot teams and fleets. The Analyst will gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure incentive outcomes, and ensure accuracy across compensation models and operational reporting. Working closely with the Manager of Flight Department Analytics, this position will contribute to the broader goal of enhancing efficiency, transparency, and performance within the Flight Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support calculation, validation, and reporting of Red Label pay incentives, penalties, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain detailed data models tracking team-based performance, including productivity, fuel efficiency, and duty utilization.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and HR to ensure accurate Red Label pay reconciliations and compliance with policy.
  • Monitor attrition and retention trends within Red Label teams, providing insight to leadership on morale and stability.
  • Assist in forecasting pilot staffing and movement within Red Label fleets, aligning with future growth projections.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visual reporting tools that highlight team performance, pay structures, and comparative analytics.
  • Support development of predictive models that assess operational risk and efficiency within the Red Label program.
  • Prepare regular summaries and executive-level reporting for the Manager of Flight Department Analytics and Flight Administration Leadership.
  • Ensure data integrity across multiple systems, maintaining transparency and consistency in all published metrics.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis in support of pilot incentive programs, fuel burn tracking, and FlyRight performance validation when applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in aviation analytics, finance, or operational performance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of flight operations, pilot pay structures, and Red Label program dynamics.
  • Proven ability to manage and interpret complex datasets and communicate actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
